Our refund policy stipulates that if you encounter any issues while using our products, we will do our utmost to troubleshoot or resolve the problem. If we are unable to address the issue, we will issue a refund. Please contact us within 30 days of purchase, specifying the particular problem you are experiencing.
Conditions Under Which Refunds May Not Be Claimed
Non-technical conditions:
- Purchasing the product without using the evaluation software. We recommend that you familiarize yourself with all the features and functions of our program and assess the product using the free trial version before buying.
- Purchasing the product through credit card fraud, unauthorized payment methods, or a compromised card. In this case, contact your bank to address these unauthorized transactions.
- Failing to receive your "Activation Key" within 2 hours of a successful order does not warrant a refund request.
- Any price discrepancies due to regional differences or fluctuations in exchange rates.
- Purchasing the product from a vendor other than the Aceclicks website directly. Contact the third-party vendor for your refund in this case.
- Refund requests for products that are part of a bundle, on "Special Offer," or subscription renewals.
Technical conditions:
- Customers who refuse to cooperate with Aceclicks technical support in troubleshooting the issue, decline to provide detailed problem information, or reject the solutions offered.
- Failure to meet the minimum system requirements for the purchased product. Minimum requirements can be found in the user manual.
Conditions Under Which Refunds Can Be Claimed
Non-technical conditions:
- Purchasing the wrong product. You must first buy the correct program before requesting a refund for the incorrect purchase. The refund is only applicable if the initial purchase involves any Aceclicks Software Products and not renewals.
- Purchasing the same product twice.
Technical conditions:
- The product's failure to perform the intended task, and no solution has been provided.
- Discrepancies between the product's functionality in the Evaluation Software and the full version.
- Any functional limitations.
Refund Process and Issuance
If your request for a refund is granted, Aceclicks will handle the refund processing for you within two business days. The amount of the refund will be credited back to the original account or method of payment that was used to make the original purchase.
You are unable to make a request to change the method of payment for the refund. It is possible that the refund will not appear in your account until after a period of up to ten business days, but this is dependent on the method of payment used.
After receiving approval for the refund, the license that was purchased will be deactivated. In addition to this, the software in question will need to be uninstalled and removed entirely from your personal computer.
